OSFP-800G-SR8D OSFP 8x100G SR8 Optical Transceiver Module (MMF, 850nm, 100m, Dual MPO-12, Flat Top, DOM)

FiberMall's OSFP-800G-SR8D-FLT is fully compatible with NVIDIA's MMA4Z00-NS-FLTOSFP 800G transceiver modules are designed for 800 Gigabit Ethernet links over 60m OM3 or 100m OM4 fiber. The module has 8 independent electrical input/output channels, each operating at up to 106.25Gbps. The transceiver comprises two transmitter/receiver units, each operating at 850nm wavelength. The transmitter path of the module contains a PAM4 re-timer ASIC with two 4-channel modulator drivers and 8 modulated lasers. The receiver path consists of 8 photodiodes and two 4-channel TIAs with a PAM4 re-timer. The electrical interface of the module complies with the 800GAUI-8 interface defined by IEEE 802.3ck and complies with OSFP MSA.

Finned-top OSFP transceivers are only for the Quantum-2 and Spectrum-4 switches as the switches require finned-top OSFP shells for extra transceiver cooling.

The OSFP shell features a flat-top design and uses a riding heat sink (cooling fins) on the ConnectX-7 connector cage. 400G OSFP modules are used in ConnectX-7/OSFP adapters.
